Cazenovia The First Presbyterian Church in Cazenovia will host a Soup and Dessert Café, beginning at 5 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 30 in the Meeting House of the Church. Entrance to the Meeting House is on Sullivan Street.
Gourmet soups include a loaded potato soup, a seafood Frogmore stew, cheddar broccoli, shrimp bisque as well as a buffalo chicken wing soup. Homemade baked goods for dessert will also available.
Those interested in attending are encouraged to attend the event early, as the soup goes quickly.
Immediately following the Annual Cazenovia Tree Lighting in the front yard of the church, there will be a Carol Sing in the sanctuary of the Presbyterian Church — featuring Christmas music from the Cazenovia High School String Ensemble of under the direction of Mary Coburn.
The Sounds of Chimes and Jubilate Bell Choirs under the direction of Catharine Wheat will also add to the festivities.
All are invited to stop by the First Presbyterian Church of Cazenovia for some warm soup, appetizing desserts and joyous Christmas music on Friday, Nov. 30, and then encouraged to go on the streets and enjoy the Christmas Walk in downtown Cazenovia.
